This is such good commonsense advice. Just sixteen minutes it will save you money and could even save your life. With love from a retired GP.

Please thank your brother for this breath of fresh air! Such a great reality check.

I work with the raw data from clinical trials all the time, and the whole numbers that make it to the public are often based on actual differences taken to the thousands point.

I wish more folks would learn to trust what their body tells them, and then act on what they hear.

And I wish every clinical trial had both a PBO and an exercise arm. If we all started moving a little more, so many “chronic” conditions might disappear.

Love to you and those you love.

The reason this discussion is happening in the first place is because western medicine is purely trial and error. There is no theory of medicine, there are no concepts about what works and what doesn’t. Millions of animals are sacrificed and even then people in poor countries become guinea pigs for Big Pharma. Again the ancient Hindus come to the rescue – heard of Ayurveda ? perhaps the most advanced system of healing and medicine in the world that does not rely on trial and error because it has deep, very deep concepts.
